I'm a graphic designer based in
Amsterdam. I've been working on freelance and self-initiated projects
since 2013. My work is characterized by conceptually strong designs in
which typography plays a central role. This results in experimental and
coherent visual identities, books, websites, animations, posters,
magazines and exhibition designs.
Besides
my education in Graphic Design at ArtEZ Academy of Arts Arnhem, I have a
BA in Philosophy from the University of Amsterdam. In my work I like to
combine elements from those two different fields.

PROJECT: The Web We Weave
CLIENT: ZAM Magazine
TYPE: Digital Archive
The Web We Weave is an interactive journey through the tangled world of kleptocracy in Africa. From Nigeria to Mali, this digital archive connects the dots
between stolen wealth, shadowy deals, and the global networks that keep
corruption alive. Each story is a thread in a larger fabric of
corruption. The project exposes how power, money, and
silence flow across borders – revealing that kleptocracy isn’t just a
local problem, but part of a global system.
At the heart of the project is the motif of weaving. Each story is a
thread that reveals the larger fabric of corruption across Africa and
beyond when woven together. By choosing a pattern and following its
threads, you help uncover how stolen wealth and shadow networks are
bound together.
